Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refund requests are handled for VPmessage.

Template — review with legal counsel

This is a starter template provided by VPmessage by ViralPlus Bharat for convenience only. It is not legal advice, and it uses placeholders instead of specific amounts or windows. The business must confirm the real terms and review this with its own qualified legal counsel before it is published or relied upon.

Where billing lives

Subscriptions, billing and refunds for VPmessage are managed inside your CRM account, not on this marketing website. This page explains, in general terms, how cancellation and refund requests work. The details that apply to you are the plan terms and invoices shown in your account.

Messaging charges are separate

WhatsApp conversation and template charges are set and billed by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp Business Platform. These messaging charges are separate from your VPmessage subscription and are governed by WhatsApp, not by us. Amounts already charged for messages that were sent are generally not refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from within your account at any time. Open your VPmessage account and follow the cancellation steps there. After cancellation, your plan generally remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise in your account. [Confirm the exact effect of cancellation, for example access until the end of the paid period, with your legal counsel.]

Refunds

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you can request one by contacting support with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review requests in line with the plan terms shown in your account and applicable law.

  • How to request: email [support email] or use our contact page, including your account and invoice details.
  • Eligibility window: [refund window] from the date of the charge, where applicable.
  • Processing time: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [processing time].

[Confirm your actual refund eligibility, windows, amounts and processing times, and replace every placeholder above, with your legal counsel before publishing.]

Non-refundable items

Unless required by law or stated otherwise in your account, the following are generally not refundable:

  • WhatsApp messaging charges for messages already sent, which are billed by WhatsApp.
  • Third-party fees already incurred on your behalf.
  • Charges for a billing period that has already been used.
