VPmessage exposes an API and webhooks so you can connect WhatsApp messaging to the tools you already run.
What webhooks are for
Webhooks let your systems react to events — for example, an inbound message or a delivery status update — without polling. When an event happens, VPmessage sends an HTTP request to a URL you control.
Common uses:
- Notify your CRM or helpdesk when a customer replies.
- Update an order record when a delivery status changes.
- Trigger internal workflows on specific keywords.
What the API is for
The API lets your systems take action — for example, sending a templated message when an order ships.
Authentication and limits
API credentials, scopes and rate limits are managed in your account. The exact endpoints, payloads and limits available to you depend on your plan and the current platform capabilities.
This overview is intentionally general. For the current API reference, authentication details and payload shapes for your account, use the developer resources in the CRM or contact support. VPmessage does not publish invented endpoints here.
Security note
Treat API credentials like passwords. Never embed them in public client-side code, and rotate them if they may have been exposed.
